Sometimes we know we want things to change, but don't know where to start. I'm a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and I offer a space to understand what's happening, make sense of unhelpful patterns, and work together towards meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process, focused on developing practical ways of coping that feel realistic and manageable in everyday life.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, PTSD, relationship difficulties including individuals that may have experienced trauma or are going through life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences openly. Using CBT, I help clients understand the links between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while developing practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and relationship styles.
I offer a compassionate, structured, and goal-oriented approach to therapy, tailored to your individual needs and experiences. I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with a particular interest in supporting people who have experienced trauma. Together, we can explore patterns, build coping strategies, and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
Starting therapy is a personal decision, and finding the right support is an important part of the process. I offer a warm, understanding, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. If you are looking to make positive changes and would like to explore how therapy could help, I invite you to get in touch.

CBT gives our work a shape. You'll always know what we're doing, why we're doing it, and what we're working towards next.
We set goals in your words, tailored to your life, and review them together — so progress is something you can actually notice.
The introductory call is free, informal and 15 minutes long. We'll talk about what's bringing you here, and I'll be honest about whether I'm the right person to help.
